Description

The NANLUX FL-28 Fresnel Lens is a lightweight and compact NL Mount Fresnel lens designed for the NANLUX Evoke series LED spotlights. Developed in collaboration with leading gaffers and Directors of Photography, it provides a high-performance Fresnel solution that is easier to transport and rig, making it particularly suitable for smaller crews and location productions where weight and space are important considerations.

The FL-28 features an adjustable 17°–43° beam angle, allowing users to transition between a narrow, concentrated beam and a wider spread of light. It produces a precise beam with even illumination and well-defined edges, providing greater control for professional film, television, broadcast, studio, and location lighting.

When paired with the NANLUX Evoke 1200B, the FL-28 can deliver up to 50,330 lux at 3 meters (5600K) at the 17° beam angle. With the Evoke 900C, it can produce up to 38,580 lux at 3 meters (5600K) at 17°. The lens uses NANLUX's NL Mount system with electronic contacts, allowing compatible Evoke fixtures to recognize and communicate with the attached accessory.

The FL-28 also includes barndoors for additional control over light spill and beam shaping. Its compact construction weighs approximately 3.86 kg excluding barndoors, providing a significantly more portable Fresnel solution for professional lighting crews.
